Faith Playground’s intent is to make a positive impact in the lives of kids, youth, and adults through gaming and entertainment by providing a fun, clean, and safe Christian alternatives. FaithPlayground.com is a property of DrivenByThought Studios. Faith Playground respects the privacy concerns of visitors to FaithPlayground.com. Faith Playground does not specifically target its website or services to children under the age of 13 year old, but does take measures to help protect those that happen to be under 13. We take measures to help children protect their privacy while online. For example, we do not ask children to disclose more personal information than is necessary for them to participate in a particular activity.
Information we collect
We may log IP addresses and/or drop cookies to prevent abuse of our website and/or to enhance services.
Faith Playground's FaithPlayground.com website requires child users to provide a parent's valid email address in order to register on the website. We use this information to send the parent a message that can be used to activate the Faith Playground account, to notify the parent about our privacy practices, to send the parent communications either about the parent’s and child’s Club Penguin accounts or about features of our Web site, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This email address is correlated with the account user name.
We may also request a user name and email address when a user submits a form through the "Contact Us" portion of the Faith Playground website so that we may respond to the inquiry. We collect the e-mail address for the sole purpose of responding directly on a one-time basis to a specific inquiry.
How we use the information
We have an internal notification system to communicate with under 13 players and do not send them emails. We do not retain any personal information beyond the time it is needed. We may use information to ensure that users are compliance with our terms. Over 13's may authorize and receive email notifications related to Faith Playground services. Faith Playground may disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with Faith Playground's property, visitors, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
We may sometimes use non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site, to personalize our visitors' experience or to offer products, programs, and services. Faith Playground does not require under 13's to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity as a condition of participation.

Parental Review
